Medication Management

Thoughtful, personalized psychiatric prescribing — built around you, not a checklist

Telehealth across all of North Carolina · Serving Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, and beyond

Medication can be life-changing — but only when it's the right medication, at the right dose, for the right person. Good psychiatric care is more than writing a prescription. It's listening, refining, and partnering with you over time.

At Renew Wellness & Behavioral Health, Umi-Aisha Thomas, PMHNP-BC, provides comprehensive medication management for adults across North Carolina. Every plan is tailored to your symptoms, your history, your goals, and your life.

You are not a diagnosis. You are a whole person — and your medication plan should reflect that.
